How long does shipping take for my TTRacing chair?

Do the chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all TTRacing chairs come with a 2-year limited hardware warranty that covers functional parts such as the tilt mechanism, gas lift, armrests, and caster wheels.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products in their original, unassembled condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

How do I maintain and clean my chair's upholstery?
For PU leather, we recommend using a damp microfiber cloth with a small amount of mild soap. For fabric chairs, a fabric cleaner or light vacuuming is best. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may degrade the material.
